IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE NOTE: if you've never created an online account on the IAADP website, you will need to complete both Step 1 and Step 2 of the membership application process. Your application is not complete until you submit an intake form on Member Application page.

STEP 1: Create a Secure Account

New members: If you wish to enroll online and pay using a credit card through PayPal, you will need to create a secure account with IAADP. To create an account, please fill in your Account Details, select your Membership Level, enter Billing Details, and click “CHECKOUT” button. You will then be redirected to a PayPal page.

Once the payment is complete, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form on Member Application page. If upon your payment confirmation,  you don’t get automatically redirected from the PayPal payment confirmation page back to the IAADP website, please make sure to manually navigate to the Member Application page and fill out the application form.

  • You have selected a Group Membership. After a successful payment you will be able to invite up to %s additional members.

  • If entered, this will appear on the invoice, replacing the First and Last Name.

Note: IAADP reserves the right to contact applicants for more information on the dog’s training prior to consideration of enrollment or renewal.

IMPORTANT: Prior to enrollment, all Partner Membership applicants must affirm that their assistance dogs completed training that meets or exceeds IAADP Minimum Training Standards.
