IMPORTANT: Prior to enrollment, all Partner Membership applicants must affirm that their assistance dogs completed training that meets or exceeds IAADP Minimum Training Standards.

New members: If you wish to enroll online and pay using a credit card through PayPal, you will need to create a secure account with IAADP. To create an account, please fill out the application form, select a Membership Level below, and click “Check Out” button. You will then be redirected to a PayPal page. Once the payment is complete, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form on Member Application page.
PLEASE NOTE: your application is not complete until you submit the Member Intake form.
Note: IAADP reserves the right to contact applicants for more information on the dog’s training prior to consideration of enrollment or renewal.
Please Note: Provider Memberships are a multi-tiered process. You will be contacted by our Membership Coordinator once your application has been received and she will take you through the application process. Provider Memberships are YOUR endorsement of IAADP support of excellence in training standards. Becoming a Provider Member does NOT provide any agency, dog trainer, or training program with an endorsement or referral from IAADP.
